Description
Located in Pimlico and only a seven-minute walk from Pimlico Tube station lies the Churchill Gardens Residents Hall. Offering a large community hall that can seat 100 people or 120 people standing, ideal for large community events, parties or even weddings. Equipped with tables and chairs plus free WIFI. A large kitchen can also be hired for your event. There is also a small bar that can be hired on its own or in conjunction with the community hall. The Garden room has a lovely outlook and is very light and airy accommodating up to 70 people and the Committee room is ideal for meetings or small groups of around 15/20 people. There are 3 bus routes that stop just yards from the venue.
Pricing: Rooms are priced at £45 per hour for the community hall, £35 per hour for the Garden room, £20 per hour for the Committee room and £15 per hour for the Small bar. The kitchen is a one-off fee of £50 per hire. Opening and closing times can be discussed via email.
